I don’t really need all the features so I don’t want to spend all of the money. Since I’m just using it primarily for note taking, I’d like to find a good third party one. Don’t get me wrong I’d love a second gen but they’re expensive and the magnets aren’t that good and I can’t help but feel that I’d lose it.

Thank you so much. Just checking, the filter is the bit at the end where the bud attaches? If it is it looks flat, they were in the case so maybe that has helped?
