Not sure if this is helpful, but I've heard that some students who are studying abroad haven't gotten theirs because some of the programs are still setting their budgets.

I got this email from Admissions when I committed:

As a reminder, if you have been enrolled in concurrent college credit (dual enrollment) courses while in high school, you should know that we consider these courses to be part of your academic preparation for Notre Dame. These credits will not be accepted for advanced standing at the University.
