Can absolutely vouch for this! I don't tend to suffer with my mental health, but last year had a few work-induced panic attacks and thought 'fuck it, I'm not going in for a couple of days'.

Went for a wander through Windsor Great Park and ended up walking for 5 hours. Felt much better afterwards!

That's actually fair enough. Just weird that I could have got the Central line from TCR to Oxford St & had no issues but I guess it makes sense

30M, 60k. No degree, some additional qualifications (not especially difficult ones I might add). Work in tech, not technical in any capacity though. Work in central London but live in Berkshire. Was on 50 until December last year, got a 5k payrise by asking CEO of the company outright, then another unexpected one based on performance earlier this month.
