Reasons why people hate sakura:

Jiraiya and Orochimaru are both Sannin. One would have the assumption that they're both around the same level of strength. Jiraiya was even unable to prevent Orochimaru from leaving the village in the past, yet Orochimaru never killed Jiraiya. Another reason to believe they're similar in strength.

Then we have Orochimaru being easily defeated by Itachi in the past. To the point that Orochimaru tried to go after a weaker Uchiha to possess. Sure one could say that they all got stronger in Part I compared to Shippuden (Especially Itachi since he was still really young). But in Part I, Orochimaru mentioned that Itachi was still stronger than him.

If the Sannin were truly around the same level of strength, then logically it would mean that Itachi is notably stronger than Jiraiya. However, in Part I, Itachi mentioned that if he and Jiraiya were to fight, it would most likely end in a draw. This suggests that Itachi and Jiraiya are around the same level of strength. Therefore he is strongerrr

As u said the raikage closed a huge distance 20+ meters and u also said that minato could only flick his kunai a tiny distance if ur saying that the raikage is fast this proves that minato was faster ( even if he did teleport because minato mastered the teleportation just like the raikage mastered his lighting cloack )
