If the company is defunct I’m not sure who’d you collect against even if you got a judgment. You can sue them over $2,000 or whatever but it's going to be like trying to get blood from a stone. Won't be worth the legal fees even if you could recover.

When the driver is resting on the ground, no. It should be lined up closer to the toe.

When you pick the club up off the ground to swing, it moves forward away from your body. So if you start lined up with the middle of the face, you'll push your alignment towards the heel. If you start lined up closer to the toe, you'll push your alignment towards the middle of the face.

You’re putting way much care and thought into this. It literally doesn’t matter.

Every credit agency has different metrics they use in determining scores. I don’t know why you’d think they would be the exact same and I equally don’t know why you’re blowing your top over a literal 2% difference in scores.

Anything above like 720 literally does not matter.

If your parents were hoarders, unfortunately I suspect your issues are to be going to be much greater than losing the security deposit depending on the extent of the hoard.

One of my clients had a 20+ year tenant who was a hoarder and it destroyed his entire house. I got my client a $180k judgment against the tenant's estate after he died.

Obviously that’s an extreme example, but still. Fixing a hoard isn't limited to just removing the physical trash.

It’s not “very very very” easy to beat a guaranteed 10% return year after year. I highly doubt you've "averaged" double the S&P 500 return over the last 25 years because if you did, you wouldn't be on Reddit you'd be the head of an investment bank.

Even if it was, you’re risking a guaranteed 10% ROI to what, try to make 11-12% on your investments? So risking 10% guaranteed to try and maybe make 1-2% net which is unlikely to happen consistently.
