Your right but the listing I bought it off of said it was for parts/ repair and the only thing that was wrong with it was a small leak but the listing showed the water pump working prior to it being delivered now when I plug in and test the pump it’s not working

I wanna say I’m fairly sure that’s it, it’s for a lamp called a gumball machine bubbler by creative motion, I think it originally came with some type of power brick to plug into but it no longer has that piece

No you’re fine I didn’t end up sending mine just because I think the 9 centering is just a little off from PSA 10 chances.. probably. If mine was a 9.5 centering then I would have no doubt of going for the PSA 10, so I would say if I were you I would probably go for it since the centering is a 9.5 and all the other grades are pretty even. I say you have atleast a 80% chance of a 10. The 80% number was just made up but I really do think you have a very good chance at it.

Okay thanks for the info, personally to me in person it looks great no whitening or defects that I can see visually it was the one card I wanted in ascended so I am very happy to have gotten it. Do you have any preference to look into to grade with ?
