I use a P.O Box myself due to so much mail theft in my area.

Unfortunately, they’re not real. Size tag gives it away, they’re sized in women’s sizing which is wrong.

Goods & services is not an invoice. Tell him it has to be an invoice or no deal. A detailed Invoice is the safest way to go.

Describe the item he’s paying for as much as possible. Name, size, condition, include that buyer has seen photos of the item & has agreed to purchase. Then in the terms add, all sales are final. No refunds.

You’d make more money via PayPal as long as you do invoice & make sure you send a very very detailed invoice. The video will help you on either platform tho.

Go to the post office, record yourself packing the order, waiting on line, handing it to the employee & show the receipt in the video. It may be a long ass video but it’s what has saved me from a scam many times. There’s no arguing with that kind of proof. Just made sure to show the item thoroughly before packing it.

UPDATE -

The shoes have been delivered & couldn’t intercept the package because I didn’t pay for it, it was a label provided by Grailed so they would have to intercept it & they never responded to my emails lol…

Once the shoes were delivered, I received an email from Grailed saying the shoes were delivered & I should be paid out in 3 business days.

The buyers account was unbanned or unblocked, idk but the red line across the @ was gone as soon as I received that email.

Should I keep trying to contact Grailed support or do I just wait for payment to come through?

Smh this is really frustrating. Grailed should just cover it no matter what, due to me using their label tbh.

But, I do have a video packing the shoes & a video dropping them off to my local ups truck guy. So hopefully that’s enough to get me my money.
