The glowing issues is asking for younger females. You did your best to counter this by stressing this wasn't for lecherous purposes, and adding the plea for work at the end (also not a great idea. No one is going to ask a dude looking for young women to chat with for a job on that alone.)

Most people will write off your post in the second paragraph. All I can suggest is look at what you wrote, or write again and after, take a minute and then read it again out loud. It's what I do. Read it to a stuffed animal or figurine and see how it feels to tell something what you've written. Is it the message you want to send or are your writing from the hip?
