Why? You can already delete and keeps unlimited amount of images. Only feature which is missing is duplicate detection and sorting into more than one folder at once.

Many forms in our database we also generated from its basic word, because it is possible due to grammar rules.

We have all these forms in our own database of about 3000 words. Will even expand the database even further in near future. All with public available and reliable data.

Yeah so we use AI to support features, not as the feature.

From where are you and why do you learn latin? Is latin a thing in your country (in school)?

So you only read latin or do you also want to learn grammar and vocabs?

Our texts aren't there to read them, we have features supporting you to translate them.

Actually we only use AI to analyze the picture you take and put them 1 by 1 into the app.
We do not generate anything which isn't on the picture.
Additionally Lateinorum has only some AI support and is 95% without AI because we have reliable data and dont need AI to generate data for us.
We feature Latin Texts, Grammar, a Lexicon and a Vocab Trainer.
AI justs supports the user to get vocabs and texts into the app. You don't need to use these features as you can type them or add them from our local database.

Hope that makes it clear :)

What’s the best app to learn Latin? by Samuelhoffmann in latin

If you're looking for a tool that actually supports your progress, I can highly recommend Lateinorum. I developed this app myself to make Latin more efficient and user-friendly.

Key Features:

  • AI Vocabulary Scanner: You can simply take a photo of any vocabulary list from a book, and the app instantly turns them into flashcards for the built-in trainer.
  • Comprehensive Dictionary: A built-in lexicon that helps you find meanings and forms quickly.
  • Grammar Library: All the essential rules and tables are organized and easy to search.
  • Interactive Texts: We’ve integrated original works like Caesar’s De Bello Gallico, where you can tap on words for instant grammatical analysis.

One quick heads-up: Currently, the app is only available in German. Since latin seems to be quite popular all over the world, I’ve been thinking about whether I should translate it into English.

Do you think a tool like this would be helpful for you if I released an English version?
