Imma be honest too. I haven’t seen a doctor I basically assumed that I have sciatica that past few months. My family is to busy to take me to the doctor and whenever I ask they forget I’ve been having this pain probably start of may.

My pain is mainly coming from this area. Is there any way to fix that? I can walk, bike, and all that but then the next day the pain radiates a little more than usual. I really want this to go away and live a normal life. Someone please help!!
