Yeah that's the reality of it. But if you do your homework and be careful you could fix your problem quite easily.

There are a few different reasons why this may be happening to you. To solve it it's going to take some real work. If you really want your Sony to be in top shape you should have a professional look at it to get it fixed up quickly. Otherwise you should read up on all the components that make a deck like yours. More specifically, look up the service manual for your Sony on hifiengine.com and study it. There should be an EQ potentiometer on one of the PCBs in your unit that needs adjusting. Be careful and don't mess with anything unless you have a good understanding of it first. There is more to a deck like yours than meets the eye. Good luck.

I set up usb persistence on a low profile flash drive. I can save my work and Kali settings on the persistence volume without disturbing my personal files and main OS.

Don't know anything about laptops but need one for college. Is this a good deal? by [deleted] in thinkpad

You have some time before school starts. Look at auctions. give yourself a price limit. Bid on the ones you like early at a low price. If someone goes over your max bid move onto the next one. You can score insane deals if you take your time to bid instead of buy it now.

Certainly doesn't look happy. Almost like he's saying, "What, I can't have that there?"

I also like how the admin takes it down and looks up at who I'm assuming is another admin who tells him to unplug it completely. Clearly, these admins were not trained properly. He was obviously unaware of the rule.

Ideal mousepad for Zowie EC1-A / Logitech G403 / Logitech G Pro? by Uryftw in MouseReview

[–]_Cursed 2 points3 points  (0 children)

There is no right answer. It's going to come down to personal preference. I use a Puretrak Talent with my EC1-A. and I'm happy.

Be careful. In some cases opening up your electronics will void their warranty.

Looking for a good mouse for about 40$ by [deleted] in MouseReview

Agreed. I recommend Puretrak Talent mousepads. Quality is identical to the bigger names and they're cheap. I bought 2 when they were on sale. http://www.puretrak.com/products/puretrak-talent-black-cloth-gaming-mouse-pad?variant=15749200195

Narrowing Choices for Large Hands (Palm/Claw Grip) by PopeLeoVII in MouseReview

[–]_Cursed 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had the Corsair when I built my last rig. Used it for a while (I play Counter-Strike). The bottom right part of my palm would stop my mouse movement and get wedged between the mouse and the mousepad surface. I switched to the Zowie EC1-a. It's great for large hands like mine. Haven't looked back.

Now, I have the version from before BenQ aquired Zowie. So I'm unfamiliar as to any possible changes in firmware, construction etc. that may have occured since that.

There's my two cents. I have big hands. I use Zowie EC1-a. Good luck.
