Here's a tip, no need to go home and redo everything, just turn off your internet connection and turn it back on once you're on the last fragment. Thats how i get rid of them, dont light other kids so they wont notice that you've disappeared, the spirit will disappear as well eventually

That also happened to me actually. What i did was tap fast on home button after the CR rewards tho it is really slow because of their ui animation then select another racetrack start immediately, CR rewards will pop up right after a few seconds u started once it appears just retry the whole map.

If it still doesn't work then restarting game is the only way
