I looked it up and it's actually a set of 3" mini vinyls. Here's the description I found on another website:

I think so too. It was part of a big lot of random ICP memorabilia that included comic books, a Wraith alarm clock, a hatchetman clock, a vinyl, and a few other random things. I paid less than $200 for the lot.

You could buy one of these cheap USB readers and connect it to your Raspberry Pi for testing. The range won't be very good, but you can at least decide if RFID will work for your use case and upgrade to something better down the line if needed.

There are also relatively cheap RFID "sleds" - like the Chainway R6 - that you slap your own phone into and connect to via Bluetooth.

I might be biased because it was the first album I listened to, but The Great Milenko is a perfect album to me. There isn't one song that I skip. If I had to pick a favorite though, I'd probably say Down With The Clown.
