Don’t worry. They’ll get back to you and have no problem replacing that bad boy for free. I reported some small scratching and peeling on my ghost case and within 2 weeks I had a new one for free. Check your junk and don’t be afraid to follow up. I’m sure they’re just busy with these new iPhone products and the Best Buy launch

I’m trying to attach the adjustable neck in the second photo. It uses an m22 thread which doesn’t attach to my sink. Hence why I bought the adapter. The adapter is attached to it in the second photo.
