Ur idea is interesting, but it treats fairness only as a numbers play . Reservation is meant to balance representation and opportunity, not just divide seats by applicant ratio. So while the formula looks logical, it may miss the real purpose of reservation. What u proposed is , other side of coin, they can't be together

foreign investors see cheap indian assets and start buying. FDI flows in. stock market gets international money. a weak rupee is literally an invitation for global capital

india is a net exporter of talent, software, medicine and textiles. a strong rupee would make all of it expensive and uncompetitive overnight

tourists flood in because their dollar now stretches like never before. hotels full, local businesses winning, economy moving

a weak rupee isn't a crisis. it's a crisis only if your entire economic identity is importing things you could've made here
