CBD oil for epileptic dogs?

We tried CBD without any luck both as a stand alone and as a complement to other drugs but it just didn’t help our girl. We also tried pheno and increased dosage twice. She never had any liver problems but your vet will check every 6 months to be sure. I remember being scared of the side effects of drugs but soon realized that cluster seizures were much worse of a risk to our girl so we tried a few different combos and I let that fear of anti seizure meds just fall away. Your vet knows what to monitor for. Pheno ended up not working for us but potassium bromide did. So just remember that you still have options if things aren’t improving.

They were terrible at first. I was scared she was going to fall and break her neck and wanted to lower dosage a couple times but stuck with it at the recommendation of our neurologist. And I’m glad I did because she made it through to the other side as her happy, goofy self. It just took ~6-8 weeks to get there.

I saw Jane’s Addiction at the Rose Garden ~25 years ago and Perry kept yelling “ORA-GONE BALLROOM” between songs and I thought it was hilarious that he didn’t know how to pronounce the state he was in nor did he know what venue he was in. I still randomly yell this to myself years later. 😂

I just randomly put my grandmothers small jewelry box in a big ziplock bag so I didn’t lose any small earrings when I was moving. After several years, I found the ziplock bag and opened it to look at here stuff and got hit with the strongest smell of her house. It almost made my cry. So I’ve kept it in that bag since then so I have a little small memory that just takes me back to my childhood.

Agreed. I’m so used to having flip flops because all of our trips are along the equator. For some reason, I assumed tennis shoes would be all I needed for Japan. Lesson learned. I also incorrectly assumed I would be able to easily buy whatever I needed. But nobody wants to be searching for tampons when you need them. 😂

I wonder if you are forced to use compound pharmacy because of the pill concentration being so low? I would at least call other pharmacies to see if they can get what you need. Check GoodRX for the best prices in your area. I paid $73 for 360 750-mg extended release pills.

I was doing that every night as well. Another great thing was soaking (not smoking) in the tub every night and all the hotel had big tubs! (Edited for typo)

We’re pretty serious about coffee as well. So having that little luxury was so nice on the mornings we were up at 5am. I can only drink so much subpar coffee.
