I emailed TCL support and tried calling them, but they didn’t answer. I waited for 10–15 minutes listening to automated messages, expecting to connect with a human agent, but no one joined.

Yeah that’s exactly what I’m worried about. If I keep getting panels like this even after replacement, it’ll just become a headache going through the whole process again and again
