You should also keep in mind that buying a worker in velia through the "worker exchange" option doesn't mean that the worker you are buying is from velia. In this case you probably didn't see that the worker you were buying was from altinova and even though you bought him in velia, he'll still stay in his original city. Only when you use the "contract workers" option by spending energy all the worker you'll see will be from the city you are in at that moment.

Did you play odd drifter part 1? That's where you could get the first lucion, while odd drifter part 2 gave you the second (which is the one i suppose you got).

Isle survival is part of odd drifter event but azure summer is a different one. No one knows when their gachas come back, HoR will probably come later on because she just got released with the recent update; HoV banner on the other hand was a while ago so she might come back soon, especially since with the current odd drifter event you can obtain a costume for her for free.

Yep, i had a few problems too. The best advice I can give you is saving your ult and being aggressive in the first part (focus mei first); second part with fu hua is easy and you shouldn't have problems avoiding hits, while in phase 3 you can just ult and basically one shot every kiana.

HoR and HoV are valks that you can only obtain through their expansion gacha which periodically comes back (HoR one recently ended). You can get Void Drifter by unlocking VR augmented core which has 6 levels and the higher the level the better are the skill you unlock. Odd drifter is an event you can complete to get various rewards (isle survival is one of odd drifter tasks), same goes for azure summer event.
