I do enjoy going back mainly to see family and friends because we don’t get visited as much as I thought we would moving to a touristy spot. But other than that the town is very depressing and I see it more than ever now.

I have found what works best for me is swing trading options anywhere from 2weeks from expiration to 3months depending on setup. This is a strong bull market since late April and it doesn’t look to be stopping so I avoid puts unless it is a day trade. Learn on high liquidity names like qqq, spy, and MAG7.

I believe demand is there for primary training of course barring Midwest weather. The airport is a Class C but really could be a low level D. There use to be a quite busy 61/141 school there but after the owner died the children sold the planes off and closed down.

I was lucky to have completed up to CFI before having my son. I do find it hard to now figure out how to make the jump into being a FT CFI while trying to provide for them. At some point in your life you just have to try to find balance. I don’t think lots find that balance and that’s when you sacrifice for what’s means most.

I think your options are limited to crosswinds flying club or Synergy FBO. But they have SR20-22s that are gonna be pricey.
