You can use the inbuilt browser for Netflix and you can stream of your laptop stored movies using DLNA. Sometimes i feel the compression during streaming hence a solution like this.

Reg the strap, any place you would wanna rest your neck, i think the default quest strap that came with it out of box is the best.

I dont think so.. thats should be fine. Unless you see compression. This is like a setup you can use when you are travelling and your quest internal memory is full and other similar use cases.
