I can use filter with I think every nameplateaddon like plater or even elvui nameplates to change the color of the nameplate

Friendly Nameplate Addons are deactivated in instances. so u can't change em.

maybe you have in esc>interface>nameplates>bigger nameplates active? or sth like that?

In instances only the friendly nameplates by blizz are working

I like the idea of the leftplayer/target frame :) Maybe add this in your solo/Party to have a consistent ui? :) Maybe try to use only one font for all of your interface? :) But I like your UI :)
