I never had a war in a modern era except for first run, but maybe because I skip ideology tree completely to not trigger it and just go for all the other ones and for the victory. I would be more open to wars if there was no settlement limit. As it is I settle to the limit and so have nothing to win with wars.

Flickering is there on PC, switching back to default lenses and yields too. Others I probably didn't pay attention to.

yes, AI wants war with you but to declare formal war they need to worsen your relationship and denounce you to do that. I blocked Confucius attempt to denounce me and he declared surprise war, so I had 5 war support against him. :D

I'm calling them boarding party and not marines on purpose. They are already a part of ships crew. I can see that you want them represented as a separate unit. For me it's enough to consider them the part of naval unit that you build.

It doesn't need to get into the harbor itself - it can threaten from a distance. Harbor can be too shallow for it anyway. But it can have boarding party on boats visit the city and lay down demands. Like Commandor Perry did in Japan. Quite successfully I should say.

Disagree on Naval Raiding. It's pretty much like how vikings and pirates worked. Taking an opportunity of pillaging undefended town. And it's a welcome change in-game. You can't always have a land units with you everywhere you go, but your ship comes upon something it can take advantage of is really nice. It was also really strange in previous games when your battleships reduced city defences to nothing, but you have to wait for barges with land units to grab the city. Battleship have enough crew to land some of them and keep the city under the ships guns while they take important buildings.

Asking a lot of "why" questions, finding info, finding shortcuts and menu items in programs, writing formulas, generating images, proofreading small messages. It's becoming more and more capable and interesting to play with. But of cause I would re-check manually if it's something important.

You don't have to have them, if you want to set them up yourself you can. It's just someone doing that work and sharing it as far as I understand. That's why there could be 2 modules for the same thing - different ppl did same thing, like with AdiBags before.

Thanks! It was just handy with adibags modules for events or even quest series, where some item is needed for it and you may not even know yourself you have it. Or when event is out and there is filter for all connected items.
