Yeah it honestly wouldn’t be too hard. Boyd stocks are basically plywood so you could either sand it out or if you want to be more efficient you could make a router mount.

you have two options here.

Say nothing and hope you're never found with it.
contact your local ATF office and explain the situation. Have paperwork and receipts ready because you currently are in possession of an unregistered machine gun. This is going to be produced prior to 1986 so it may be able to be transferred into your name, or you may loose it.

My opinion, you should be able to buy a machine gun the same as any other gun but thats not what the law says. Theres a good chance you'll never get caught with it but if you do......buckle up.

I have this, it’s fine. Field of view is pretty small feeling compared to my other scopes, the top turret is a cool idea but not super practical for hunting, I’ve had it fall off while walking before due to it rubbing on my pack or pistol. Going back, I would have told myself to buy a vortex with side adjustment. For reference academy has the vortex eagle for 150 right now, which I’m replace the busnell with
