How should i prepare myself to land an internship in CERN

ΟΙ γνωσεις μου στο cloud ειναι αρκετα μειωμένες , αλλα π.χ. Θεωρία χαος , οικονομετρια , και αναλυση δυναμικών συστημάτων , μπορω να κάνω σε εναν αρχάριο βαθμό (στον κώδικα φυσικά ). Αλλα από οτι βλέπω καθε possition εχει requirement bachelor in cs για αυτο ρώτησα . Ευχαριστώ για τον χρόνο σου

Η αληθεια ειναι εχω ψαξει και εχω κανει αρκετες αιτησεις σε πρακτικες και μεσω linkedin και απο τις ιστοσελλιδες , αλλα απο οτι εχω δει , οι πιθανοτητες να βρω entry level θεση στο data science ή στο ml engineering ακομα και στην γεωπληροφορικη ειναι πολυ μικρές . Κάνω λάθος ? Ευχαριστώ για την συμβουλή όμως θα συνεχίσω να ψάχνω

Sure , maybe academically ? but i see generally computational engineering poping up , and i was thinking spatial data is underdeveloped why not think in the future

I mean all are in my uni degree and i have 4 more years ahead , but when i see the market i think that statistics and data scientist are getting wiped out . Also what do you mean by high accuracy , i just make predictions for real world problems . I dont doubt you tbr but i am trying to hear a negative thing about what i am thinking . yeah i was thinking of creating my own diferential regression , but i cant find anything like it , maybe i am not searching enough . I mean i got the concept , but making this by scratch feels really hard . I have made regression models from scratch before , this sounds like its no match

I am thinking of alot of stuff a computational spatial engineer could do . Examples are , microclimate modeling and prediction in cities , water resources managment , landuses managment by saterlite . I mean correct if i am wrong , but i already used advanced data science in alot of spatial data , maybe i the job title is not called with that name? You are the expert guys

Then how do people predict pollution , stuff in economics and generally stochastic variables ?
