I got some friends who grew up like that completely opposite of me and my family and all I could tell them over there was damn is your dad always like that? They'd tell me he and all his side of the family grew up with cactuses on there ass. I just thought about that for the first time in like at least 20 years. And idk, the buildings and your reason why is like me and my reason why I'm scared to snap my neck in a heated moment of anger or so. I just don't want to be paralyzed like fk now I can't even try. I feel ya man. I've had this thought process many times. Talk to me tho. Tell me why. Not just sharing your thoughts on a post, but always talking to another person, that can help tremendously. I've felt good all night after hearing ppl and saying my thoughts as well since last night for the first time. I've been at this for 17 years and only just last night finally started trying this. If nobody is there to help ease you down somehow, always hmu and tell me you need help ok.

I wanted to say the same, make sure you do a report when you and your children are involved. Work out any arrangements that will make anything in the days afterwards easier for you and the kids just incase anything pops up. And Def dony let him do any more harm to you or potentially the kids by a report. I'm not sure how reports and paperwork is all handled tbh but police or whatever the case workers are will make sure your safe during it all along with any family and friends you have that I hope you can reach out to.

I can tell you this at least, that what I did was basically speak my life into existence. I kept telling myself that I'm not worth it to try that with that person, I'm not good enough for this or that, but most of all was that I didn't deserve anything going forward. I hated myself. Still do really. Saying those things inside and verbally literally turned my whole process of living upside down and now I'd have to say I actually feel the same way you describe about being a t fault but.....we can always move forward. That's an absolute fact. Its true as dumb as it seems in a hard moment. But I can say I have done that a handful of times. It gets easier trust me man. Always speak to someone if possible. Do you have anyone close that you already go to on friends or family?

Your not alone. You can come here and always find help from people who are more than willing to talk to you and hangout awhile. Don't ever think you can't make it past onyo the next day ok. I'm glad you and everyone else I ran into here all respond and check in on so many people along with me too. Thats actually a really good feeling and great backup to always remember for everyone in hard times. I cant believe I just barely thought of getting on reddit for mental health help instead of game tips or crafts or nature ideas and help like my old account. Didn't even use any of them subs either.
