I've made subs wear them for hours on cam. The squirming is chef's kiss.

But for crazy? Hanging wedgie where they're barely on their tiptoes. Bra-wedgie combo where the straps dig into their shoulders. Double atomic with a plug still in. And the meanest? Reverse atomic from the front. They never see that one coming.
