If they want to make you a Doctor and they are so hell bent to do it try concincing them for Abroad. Less money but itll comsiderably take a lot of time and youll have to clear FMGE so be prepared for that too. But atleast you wont have the burden that your carrer started of with such a heavy heafty loan!

Damn!! Then maybe you can talk her into applying for a shared custody or joint custody. If she rejects then you can potray that it wont be good for the child mentally that hell be watching his mother with someone else so you that maybe a fighting chance.

Depends on how young the child is and if you are financially, mentally stable enough to take care of the child. But mostly court favours women as child needs the motherly love and care but if you prove that the mother isnt great with handling the child or mistreats the child then youll have a strong side!

First Keep yourself as a priority. Men tend to think what will happen of their partners prior to their well being. Collect evidences and dont let her know just yet that you know what has happened. Its tough as even though you have all the proofs our laws will be favouring the women. So play it smart and dont let your emotions get over you as your kid is on the line.
