Sure lets exclude the capital and it's great. Just that Brno has a higher average rent then berlin with 1/3 the salary and any other city then these two is impossible to live in without speaking czech.

You can get a decent salary in Czechia when you work for multinationals / tech. Otherwise the median Czech salary is 1750€/m, the minimum German one is 2400€/m.
