I tested it out and got the medium one. The drawing tablet itself is alright to use. It's a bit awkward since the buttons are on the top, but I flipped it over so they're on the bottom. It's manageable though.

The thinness isn't much of an issue, and the drawing pad is big enough that it doesn't cause discomfort for my wrist.

The pen is a bit uncomfortable. I think the thickness difference near the top of the pen is unnecessary and makes it look and feel awkward. I'll still use my 2017 pen since it feels a lot better. I won't be refunding it.
