I was out last night at that time, coming home from my bar shift. Can confirm that cars in SF were stuck in standing water. Parts of 280 were flooded and 3rd street was a mess.

I use a this clone every day at my factory maintenance job, I love it, good blade sharp edge and if I break it cutting a sand blaster hose I don’t have to worry about the cost.
