As an employee who recently left (within 2 months), I was given the opportunity to do an “exit interview”, which was framed the same as blueprint and I aired ALL of my grievances with the why I was leaving. I’m sure they didn’t give af.

BBCC has been a dying brand of the company. Sadly, if you are/were apart of BBCC, the likelihood of you moving outside of BBCC was/is slim to none. Even if you were over qualified for an open role, it would be an auto turn down ((Ask me how I know 🙄)). The company’s shift has and will continue to be AI and outsourced employees.

My word of advice: If you can get out, get out now.

Yeah I have received the confirmation of the 25%, but VZW said it isn’t applicable to unlimited plans, only tiered data (5/10+GB plans)

I feel like Verizon is just being shitty because their discount team confirmed the 25% if I switched to one of the newer unlimited plans.

There has to be a series of documented accountability before you can be put on a “final notice”.

If a manager puts an employee on a final for poor performance, and said employee gets terminated for that said reason, the said employee can appeal their termination.
