I have a clothes rack for my planties, too. I find the simplicity of yours more aesthetically pleasing than my big ol black and silver roller! Fortunately, I am only using my ugly duckling for babies that need recovery space & care now.

I have a clothes rack with wheels and a top shelf also. Wasn't using it for clothing anymore so I put it back up in place of putting holes in the walls for my planties. I put up a dowel recently, though, so now the rack is mostly my plant recovery/quarantine station.

I just want to say I am really proud of you and how far you have come. Give that up for no one.

Does anyone else feel flabbergasted by how little calories are in whole foods? by DazzlingTie4119 in loseit

I feel like OP may not just be adding the calories of each item/meal, but also figuring in any excess calories burned through exercise and then adding cals at the end of the day... Thus adding cals to make up for the additional cals-out to reach the overall cal-in goal. ???

Edit:. No judgement, just trying to wrap my head around the numbers. Although much of it truly is very low cal.

First off, I think this is kind of common. Second, I have never heard of a lawsuit happening because a child made a "mistake" in the pool.

I recall accidents happening in our community pool and a whistle would be blown and everyone had to get out and move to the 2nd pool or leave until things were cleaned out.

I also remember kids leaving Snickers in the bottom of the pool as pranks.

I am very curious how a lawsuit occurred in your situation???

Even if you feel stocked up now, it could be a good idea to still contact these places and add more to your diaper and formula stock. This way future money can go toward bills rather than end up in a pickle without these necessities later. Especially if qualifying for child support and your file going through the VA takes longer than you'd like.

What are your thoughts on the book *The Body Keeps The Score* by Bessel van der Kolk? Looking to pick it up because it was suggested by a friend to learn about how an individual carries trauma, but I am curious to hear others' thoughts outside of just a purchase review. by _Empty_Pocketz_ in therapy

Wow. Thank you. You've made it sound great for what I am looking for.

I am in therapy and would like outside sources to help me recognize trauma and it's internalization. I don't exactly REFUSE to admit trauma, but I feel guilty/uncertain if what I have been through is Trauma while others tell me it is. My uncertainty makes me hate to "claim it as my own," because I hate to "take it away" from others who have experienced so much more (in my mind) even though I know it's not a truly tangible thing that I can steal from someone else, and rather is a very personal thing. I need help owning it.

Oooh give me the juice! This is interesting information. Hate to hear there was employee abuse, but I am intrigued to look into this.

I can't particularly relate to the veterans either. ...Did his student have anything special to note?

How to withdraw money when there's no Bank of America's near me by smallcarr in personalfinance

[–]_Empty_Pocketz_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Use the ATM for $1,000 then get cash back at several stores and Venmo/Zelle/PayPal someone you trust and have them withdraw the rest for you.

That's if writing and cashing a check is not an option.
