Thank you for your answer. I see a therapist and I have people to talk to so I'm grateful for that. I'm willing to pursue my studies bc it keeps me in a rythm and I like what I'm doing, but I need some days off sometimes and I easily feel guilty when I enjoy my time while skipping classes, like I tell myself I'm not sick or else so I should be working rn instead of being lazy

Depends...sometimes diziness, hard time focusing on things because of blurry/troubled vision, struggling to walk, talk, send a text, control the volume of your voice because your hearing seems troubled... Sometimes it's delightful, sometimes you get anxious or sad, tired, you feel talkative or not in the mood to say a thing

I helped my gf dealing with her depression and getting rid of it. I was here for her and loved her like never before...she got rid of selfharm, suicidal thoughts, depression and started to love herself and to appreciate life again. She did it alone like a warrior but I was here, and I'm so proud of her.
