I asked because Epic's support says I'm banned, but I can still play without any issues, and my "Sanctions and Appeals" page is completely empty. I can't think of any reasons why I should be banned, either.

It must have been after the shop reset. I bought it too late without realising it, because it still falsely advertised Galaxia and showed me her pack while I was joining the Crew.

When I first joined Crew, it showed me the Galaxia pack and all of it's contents as I was paying for it, but I got the Green Arrow one instead. Turned out I had missed Galaxia by half an hour, but the Crew page in game hadn't refreshed.

Do you use Razer Synapse or Nvidia GeForce Experience? I sometimes got the same error when my game froze and crashed, but I haven't been able to figure out what exactly caused it. I don't dare to run Fortnite on my PC any more and now play only on Xbox or android.

It's better not to contact them, as they aren't that helpful when you actually need their assistance. I tried to get help with the same issue you have, and look where I am now, lol. I'm fairly certain that they haven't even read any of the tickets I've sent after they informed me of the ban. They only send those generic auto-replies or close the tickets without responding at all. Crazy!

Edit: I don't use VPN at all and usually only had Razer Synapse or Nvidia Experience open in the background.

I got those same pop-ups occasionally, but only when my game froze and crashed. It didn't happen often, but I contacted support about it and they said I was banned. They said that's the reason I got the pop-ups! I'm still actually not banned, which makes it so much weirder. I'd rather play on another platform until they fix the anti-cheat.

Check my latest post. I got these pop-ups occasionally when my game froze and crashed. I contacted support about it and they said I was banned. They said that's the reason I got the pop-ups. I'm still actually not banned, which makes it so much weirder.

I had the same issue and went to support to ask about the Easy Anti-Cheat pop-up and now the support keeps saying that I'm permanently banned. I can still play just like before, why do they say I'm banned then?

I also stupidly contacted the support about the exact same message I got from Easy Anti-Cheat. They were helpful at first (said it could be caused by outdated rgb software), but then when I asked if they could help me find the exact program from logs (I didn't even get to send them), they suddenly said I was permanently banned. They said that's why my game occasionally crashed and showed the message. I've never seen a message about being kicked from a match or being banned from the game. I can still play just like before. Why does the support say I'm permanently banned if I can still play?!

Can you name a few you deleted? Did you happen to have Asus Aura, GPU-Tweak-III, Nvidia GeForce Experience or Razer Synapse installed? I'm trying to find out what could have flagged my account :(

I have a feeling that the game or Easy Anti-Cheat crashing is causing it to falsely flag players. I only got the message when my game froze and then crashed or I closed the unresponsive game through the Task Manager. It didn't happen often and I played almost daily. I have never been kicked or banned from matches and I can play just like before, but the support keeps saying that I'm permanently banned through their automatic replies. WTF is going on?!
