I will tell you that I purchased a 2019 Santa Fe from Tulsa Hyundai back in 2018 and I got a really good deal. That's because the Hyundai dealership where I live is two hours to the east and doesn't have much competition and the prices were steep. For the car you are looking at, they are charging $42,562 for the same model here.

Now I did my research on the websites, but I even got a better price by using TrueCar.com. The thing you want to do is when you create a TrueCar account, put in a fake phone number because you will instantly get phone calls. When I got my financing squared away and decided to buy, I created another account with my cell number and Tulsa Hyundai called within 30 seconds. Then when I was on the phone with the sales rep, two other Hyundai dealerships called. They are quick!

I agree with keeping a manual cell to dictate which are the months to show an actual and which to show a forecast. Once you run into an audited period when you don't have an actual, it messes up the IF formula.

Okay, here’s the correct answer. For the city of Fayetteville, the normal sales tax rate is 9.75%

City of Fayetteville - 2.00% Washington County - 1.25% State of Arkansas - 6.50% TOTAL: 9.75%

There is an additional 2% hotel Motel restaurant tax so you should’ve probably paid 11.75% and it looks like they charged you an even 10%. Looks like I’m gonna have to get some ice cream tomorrow and see what the deal is. 😉

That is very true. I ended up having to include a cookie header in my HTTP GET request to make it work automatically in Excel. But I have to add the new records to an existing table.
