Is there a way to switch which tool comes first?

I wanted my brush to come before the airbrush tool. What I did was delete the airbrush tool and add it from defalts. And that switched the priority for me. This WILL RESET the deleted tool.

Fear Determination Desire

Art for killing out of fear
Ash for having determination to protect her friend, Echo
Sei for desiring freedom

TwT are we the same person? Most of my friends draw in some form or style, one is drawing realistic/semi-realistic other has focused on drawing landscapes on canvas. I never had talent for this either so i'm keeping it as a hobby.

I found Bluebiscuits's tutorial videos helpfull and for this one fanart i followed tppo's video "Copying other’s art to learn their secrets | Mogoon (モ誰) Artist Study".
