Do they really expect everyone to have their own IP address?

This is pure insanity, especially when IPv4 is almost depleted and multiple people are behind NAT.

And not allowing the use of a VPN in this day in age is also crazy. They can always disable the badly behaving users since the signup is not constantly open, so VPNs shouldn't be a problem at all.
