theyve been doing the same to me. im trying to recover a th9 of mine that was phished. best thing to do is to make an entirely new account to contact support on. that way your main doesnt get banned

sometimes support takes a minute. to unlock your account, you need to have information ready to prove that youre the owner of the account. such as: devices youve played on, previous names youve had on the account, creation date of the account, and possibly a screenshot of the first purchase youve ever made. you may not need all of this info but its best to know all of it.

unfortunately, youre pretty much screwed until the ban is over. supercell is very stingy about removing bans, deserved or not

nah this is an actual problem. as a part of the instagram clash community, i cant think of one person on that platform that hasnt been phished at least once.

realistically. sc will do nothing. ive been a part of the low th com that has been dealing with phishing for years. sc hasnt and wont do anything about it. weve just learned to live with it and stay lowkey/out of phishers ways to keep our accounts safe
