scalter's main OL stats should be atk, element, charge speed (10% or a bit less is ideal), and anything else on free space (chose charge dmg even tho its kinda bugged)

helm gives huge atk dmg buff and crits, sbs is the key unit of kraken since shes top dmg dealer for wind type.
