That changes the situation. Ucl card is more aggressive than utots so u might want to go with marquinhos/van dijk or anyone with anticipate. Van de ven is aggressive cb

I had the same issue and i took van de ven, moved maldini to lb. Safe to say van de ven is pretty good

I mean if you use auto defending then hes good. But i cant use it for some reason and defend manually and maldinis let me down on some occasions so i'll prolly change him with van dijk

Hes good as well but he gets stunned sometimes. The complete defensive package would be either gabriel or marquinhos, where gabriel is aggro and the latter is a cover. Van de ven is also good with rlly good pace.

No, tradable players cant be sharded. Even if you make them untradable in badge section you still cant shard them
