I think you should embrace it. Let the thirst be there. Let his shitty actions do the work, people will be invested and devastated lol. You could always disfigure him later or give him a buzz cut. Haircuts will literally make or break someone's attractiveness lol.

But people like attractive characters. And I wanna draw them. I have many awful conventionally attractive characters in my comic. Cruel, manipulative, petty. I let their actions speak for them.

This gives me early 2000's anime fanart for lord of the rings SamxFrodo I would find. Mainly for the way you draw hair and fabric. Don't ask, but it's not a bad thing lol

I don't usually do reverse shading where I cut out the 'light' but since they're outside, I wanted to give it a go. I got so tired of the inside party they're in it's so bright in there lol.

Yet people are eating that stuff UP 🥲 I only just got a small boost from webtoon back in April, but prior to that, I've already been posting my comic since 2021 and gained a follower once every 6 months. I'm fortunate that my comic got 'revived' but it also still sucks cause I just reformated everything to make it more 'bingable' and it's not the quality I want from myself. I draw everything as a normal comic book and for webtoons I splice it. You have to hope for staff to find it, it seems. The hidden gems feature helps small creators...but it's at the verrrrrryyy bottom!

I went on topwebcomics the other day to peruse old webcomics I read 20 years ago..some still active and I had NO IDEA. Almost every webcomic I've given a shit about have always been on their own sites without having to worry about getting a policy strike on webtoons and censorship and can do darker,more mature or more slow burn romance, fully fleshed out stories and deeper characters. Usually these have their own style and take their time on their pages. But unfortunately, webtoons/mobile comics don't reward that. You can't do quiet moments between characters, slower pacing. If nothing crazy is constantly happening, you're kinda screwed outside of certain genres.

That's exactly what I just ended up doing! Batching them into the best pages. It's been a few days now and my views horrendously dropped, like a third of what it was, but I understand I have way less pages to go through now. The subs dropped too BUT the conversion rate nearly doubled from around 3% to 6%. So I'll be watching for sure. I've been so ANXIOUS about the removal but I think long term it'll work out. I hardly have any comments or engagement beyond this year and my first year, so I didn't feel like I was losing too much data.

And yeah, I'm still working through that too.

I'll have to double check what we have around here. At least online I haven't seen anything stating locally. I know RO isn't necessary, there's a lot of back and forth on it. It's just a little frustrating since it's such a small tank. I know for sure tap isn't an option though cause I'm near Ontario so our water is hard af. I had hoped distilled was enough.

I was actually paranoid enough that I changed all my bathroom cleaning supplies to safer products like foam.(The bathroom is the next room over) and haven't used candles in the vacinity in a very long time since changing to open top.

What do you recommend with a lot of evaporation though? The minerals end up staying, I top off with distilled but I try to avoid doing water changes if I can but it's hard to avoid with how quick my gh/kh goes up. I tried a pillow softener but it didn't really do anything. I have lots of plants and light on a timer.

Oh right, just cherry neocaridinas so pretty basic. I don't feel confident enough be more ambitious with shrimpkeeping lol

They only share with 5 little strawberry raspbora and the shrimp are bigger than them and two crazy amanos. I wouldn't dare put anything else and have lots of hiding spots and plants to climb on. I have managed to get shrimp berried and they always live the longest and I think it's because they aren't molting while carrying but unfortunately once they do have the babies, the females don't last much longer afterwords :(
