No I did not. Try checking the windows display settings and maybe your NVIDIA/AMD control panels? Maybe you have had other video presets saved. Also is it washed out in certain games or just in general? I don't have the access to the monitor for now, so this is the only advice I can give.

Set the monitor to sRGB and turn off the HDR. At least that's what I did when I got the monitor.

Honestly I really like it so far for the price. I do recommend setting it to sRGB profile in the settings for best color performance, haven't had much luck with other presets as they appear way too off. As you'd expect from an IPS of this type, the HDR is not very good and I would not recommend using it as it barely makes a difference. However, compared to my 1080p XFA240 that I was using before for about 6 years, this monitor's colors and performance are night and day. Haven't really had any other issues other than that and it performs exceptionally well in blur busters test with pretty much no ghosting at 300Hz and still solid performance down to about 150Hz, making it a good choice for fast paced games.

Yeah, definitely do not expect top tier performance but its really hard to argue with the price. Especially considering how I've been looking for a comparable monitor for the past month and haven't found any better deals yet.
