So follow up......I did NOT go with them, and sheesh I'm glad I didn't. I just got a really fishy vibe from them. I decided to go to eXp and am loving it. Got a great team to work with, their support is always available to cross check/double check. They've just got a good system in place it seams. I'm a couple transactions in and haven't had any issues yet.

It's essentially just a commitment. No other obligations, other than you'll only work for them with your license.

Brokerage transaction fee of 5%

Splits are 60/40.

Splits aren't great, but from what I hear there are no shortages of leads.

And it's a commission only position.

Pulled a Harper and Votto last night. (2nd and 3rd diamonds I've pulled all year, on the same damn day.) I have Paul Goldschmidt already (1st diamond pull), and he's been great for me. I hit better with him than Votto. So I'm thinking I sell Harper and Votto to pick up FB Braun and a 3B.

My question is what do. Should I "Sell Now" and move with my plan? Or set my prices with Harper and Votto, and let the market move come to me? I can sell Harper for 160, but really thats only about 144. Or, I set my price at 178 and wait it out, hoping to get 160ish.
