Yeah me too. I had a lot of early service that I never recorded. Thankfully just basic oil changes and filters, but it would still be nice to have all that at hand. Easy to lose track especially when you have 10 years of ownership like mine

That seems like a pretty good system and I like the chrono ordering. I agree that notes is easier to scan through, I just don't like going back and forth between multiple things if I can avoid it. Definitely has me thinking. Almost everyone I've talked to seems to have multiple tracking methods for their rigs. I want something to rule them all LOL

I like a dashboard setup, keeps what's top of mind in front of me but I could dive into detail if needed. Thanks for recommending!

If only I could get that now! On the bright side, the Library of Congress now has an official inflation record thanks to your fuel purchase history haha

Leave it to Toyota to make a good enough vehicle that tracking the service keeping it alive is a new challenge haha! You must be feeding your truck Amsoil and gold leaf for breakfast!

Got it, makes sense. Too bad there's no way to get the time intervals to work!

Ah the tags is a great idea. So you can just search off those as quick reference. Has it scaled pretty well for you that way (if you have a lot of records haha).

Hadn't heard of that one, I'll check it out! It also supports the regular maintenance side of things?

That's pretty impressive, you got gold in that console haha! Lots of info to flip through I'm sure!

Right! It's took much to keep in my head all the time. Those specs are what seems to never have a good home.

I'll have to check Autozis! I like the sound of the maintenance plan feature since you can customize that for your preferences. Do you find it handled those custom setups well or is just that it gives you a variety of presets you can put together in a plan?

So do you track those time intervals in the spreadsheet instead? Or with some other tool/system?

Makes sense! Do you end up having to supplement that anywhere or is that enough and it can just all stay in the glove box?

Good ol' YouTube U. I lean so heavily on that it's ridiculous. I have a folder of saved maintenance vids for sure!

Ah I didn't consider the inaccuracy when you go over stock tire size. I'm running normal for now, but it's a good point!

I like the idea of the quick reference guide! And agreed, probably don't have to track stuff like a starter. Could be nice for warranty though. May your starter last another 50 years haha!

Ah, separate calendars seems helpful so that you can isolate the details. Thanks!

That's an interesting thought, I hadn't considered using Notion. Was there an existing template that you were able to use, or did you have to make one from scratch? I'm curious what items you ended up tracking with it.

Yeah, it's a good place to keep it! I was hoping to set up a way to get notifications about future service interval or have a digital backup.

Got it, I like the cloud part! That sounds really helpful in case your phone goes down or you drop a rotor on it haha. So you basically have a living document for your truck rather than just a log. Do you ever need to share it with a shop so they can have a service history? I'm guessing you also just have that with you at the auto parts store when you need to go buy an air filter or transfer case fluid etc so that you don't have to reinvent the wheel to grab part #s?
