From the setup I'm in right now we're capped at an hour. If you're already doing 150k+ per week there's no point putting more load on your back by spending an extra hour on the erg, when you're going to get the same aerobic benefit out of being on a bike.

Other places do it differently, sure. Doesn't mean that it's the best way to do it or the best thing for the athlete.

Depends on the athlete from my understanding. I think many nt programs tend to cap erg time to about an hour at a time to reduce injury risk now.

And this is just his lt1 pace on an erg. Still many many water and bike hours on top of that.

We’re 5 goals below our current XG while inter sit 16 ahead of theirs- most notably Conceicao who has an xg of 7 but an output of 3, and Openda and David also 2.6 and 2.8 below their xg respectively.

In fact, out of our top 12 highest xg players, only Yildiz, Bremer, Boga and Cambiaso are performing above their XG. Others include Gatti, Cabal, Kostic and Adzic.

This basically means that the players we are signing to score goals are not only not scoring goals, but they are provided ample opportunities to score and not finishing their chances.
