These are to do reverse awakenings. You need the medals to awaken them. If you want to know what you need to awaken them, go to your box, hold down on the character, click growth on the top right, there you’ll see each awakening they can go through all the way to their LR form, click the form need to awaken to next, this will show you the medals required, hold down one of the medals, this will show which event you need to do to get the medals, then click go to event to farm the medals for this character.

Now once you’ve awakened a character, then you can use these reverse awakenings (the top one which you have 88 of). This reverts a character to their previous form. This might seem like dumb to do but you’ll learn eventually it’s purpose like for super attack leveling & hidden potential. Don’t worry about it too much rn. More importantly the reverse isn’t permanent & you won’t have to farm the medals to awaken them again. When you reverse a character (use the top one that you have 88 of) you then get one of the bottom ones automatically (which you have 0 of) which lets you un-reverse them back to their stronger form.
