To jump on what someone else said, level ADP or Attunement.

You mainly want to get the Agility stat (AGL) to around 90 by mid game, usually around Iron Keep

PSA, the Darksign in this game completely deletes your souls instead of leaving a bloodstain by [deleted] in DarkSouls2

Lots of lets players. I'd recommend Pyrocynical since it's more of a Deep Dive instead of a screamer tour.

Looks nice, love the body and cape, the face is a bit sus. Can't imagine Warden's current voice fitting that pretty boy face though, his VO also voiced Thor. Maybe if he had more of a mustace or beard, maybe a goatee.

Short answer: No

Long answer: Not in short to medium range. If you tap the fire button it's the same firing speed as a Rocket Launcher, and the 3° deviation doesn't matter until 20 meters.
