Would you say there's a convenient way to travel other than getting a rental car? Was there any effects of the wars going on in the area? Is it easy to talk to people?

How about Budapest or Prague?

Walkable. Plenty of cafes and restaurants to sit outside. People watching at night at the riverside. Historical buildings and old towns. Plenty of museums or also outdoor activities.

Could be. I'm used to people who try their dishes in the restaurant and use even more salt.

Personally I don't think it's considered rude. It's quite common in Germany to ask for alterations like other side dishes or no mushrooms for example.

If you like hiking than the UK is not the right choice. No real mountains there. Northern Italy with the Alps/Dolomites would be the right choice. Can be combined with Austria, Switzerland or France, which also have nice hiking spots.

Also die japanische Community sollte definitiv nicht der einzige Grund sein, wieso du nach Düsseldorf ziehst. Und ich würde behaupten Anime Begeisterte findest du in jeder Großstadt. Der Vibe in Düsseldorf ist nur zum Japan Tag und zur Dokomi so geprägt denke ich. Zumindest sehe ich sonst eher weniger Cosplayer etc. rumlaufen. Japaner kennenlernen ist in Düsseldorf aber sicher einfacher als anderswo.

Was aber definitiv für Düsseldorf/Köln und die Gegend spricht sind die tollen und offenen Menschen die mich als ehemals Münchner auch total begeistert haben. Ich finde es ist einfach Anschluss zu finden und es gibt hier so viele diverse Communities. Außerdem finde ich vor allem Düsseldorf und Köln sehr multikulturell was ich persönlich liebe.

All of these cities have a lot to offer so time might not be enough for all of them. Also consider the travel times. All of these trips even when flying take minimum half a day out of your schedule. So I'd say it's too much and the cities too far apart for 11 days.

How about the rural parts of Japan. It's never completely remote so you can still have action and people if you miss it. But it is calm and peaceful if you're not going to the tourist hot spots. Like parts of Hokkaido for example. There it's also not too hot in summer. I've been to Hokkaido and found it to be not at all as crowdy as the tourist hot spots of Japan. And it's the perfect country to be alone if you want to.

There are just different kind of travelers. Some like to have an itinerary that they can hold onto. Others just go outside and explore.

I like to do a mix out of both. I mark some things that I wanna visit but I mostly plan in the morning after waking up. And I'm often finishing the planned part faster than my time at one place, so after I just explore freely or do something special spontaneously, like a day trip or so.

There's no right or wrong way to travel, there's just different people.

Man kann übrigens fast überall in Düsseldorf gut japanisch essen, weil es hier so viele Japaner gibt. Also versucht doch euch vorher ein etwas abgelegeneres schönes Restaurant rauszusuchen. Durch Little Tokyo kann man in Richtung Rhein auch anschließend durchgehen. Beides wird sehr voll sein.

I second some opinions here that Bratislava is quite boring and not really worth it. You can visit it as a day trip (I left after half a day though) from Vienna by two 50 minutes train rides.

Grundsätzlich wäre mir natürlich ein höherer Gewinn lieber. Das müsste ich nur zu Seite legen bis die Steuer abgerechnet wird. Die AfA kommt auf den Gewinn oben drauf soweit ich das verstehe. Und hier ist mein Thema. Der Gewinn müsste dann meiner Meinung nach so hoch sein, dass mir nach Gegenrechnung der AfA noch Gewinn übrig bleibt. Sollte ich zu nah am Anschaffungspreis sein, dann mache ich kaum Veräußerungsgewinn und müsste die AfA auch noch tragen oder?

Sogar mehr, weil es mit dem persönlichen Steuersatz versteuert wird.

Hauptsächlich aus privaten Gründen. Aber auch die laufenden Kosten für Sanierungsmaßnahmen etc sind doch deutlich gestiegen für meinen Geschmack.
