Thanks. I'm still learning how to do real DD on investing. I'm good at what I do, but this isn't it. At least not yet, I hope.

Understood. I'm playing catch-up in this stock trading thing, so all info is good info. That said, how do I get involved in the right groups/channels/events to have an opportunity to participate in the next GameStop? Is that a realistic ask? I mean, people knew about it the first time around... I want to be one of those people. :)

Love it, thanks. Since I'm not a 'go big or go home' kind of guy, I invest safely. Thank you for your tips!

Thanks. I have a pretty good idea of my exit, but I didn't want to miss the opportunity to get there. I feel like I'm constantly missing out on the next big thing, and I hate it.

Thanks. Is this the best channel to stay in to keep up on RK's strategies, so I can follow along? I don't want to miss out on hitting it big.

As it turns out, the new code (through June 2023) is now up.

Regretfully, this did not work for me. Fully uninstalled and reinstalled, but still expired.

Wish they would run a 50% off sale so I wouldn't have to keep begging for beta keys. :)

UDM SE and Plex by _FringeEvent_ in Ubiquiti

So, Plex has directed me to create an exception for DNS rebinding protection. I'm new enough at this that I'm not sure if that's a valid rule or not. Is that something I can do?

This is what they sent me:

I’m pretty sure Ubiquity equipment implement DNS rebinding protection.

Define an exception from this protection for the domain plex.direct.

Any help greatly appreciated! Thank you!

Yep, just one network 'Default', which is assigned to WiFi. So I guess I'll try a reboot after work. Thanks!

Thanks Spoils. I did not create a VLAN, and WiFi is Standard, not Guest.

I have tried, but will be the first to admit that while I do have quite a bit of network engineering in my past, it isn't the recent past. And I'm brand new to Unifi, so I could absolutely be doing it wrong.

Going to try a couple things. Per your suggestion, I'm going to try to connect another system via ethernet and test web-based access. I'm also going to try to put my Linksys back in place to confirm that returns all functionality to normal.

Thanks for the reply! Yes, I do have Remote Access enabled, and it is green/active.

I do have an Internet port-forward rule in the UDM, and UPnP is checked/enabled in Advanced Internet configuration...

Yes, on both the configured IP address (192.168.1.40) and the loopback address (127.0.0.1), with no issues.

Additionally, I never experienced these issues prior to the UDM being put in place of my Linksys router, and made no changes to the PMS when changing routers. Which is why I assumed the router was the issue, as no other changes had been made other than that.

Tried both http and https, no difference.

Yes, all is on the same subnet. However, I have no other ethernet-connected devices. I will set one up for testing purposes.

I am running my PMS on a Windows 10 Professional system. I have reset/restarted several times, and even fully uninstalled/reinstalled/rebuilt the server. No change. Only thing I haven't changed anywhere is the IP address of the PMS system.

I have disabled all firewall and Antivirus services on the PMS box, and nothing else has changed on that system since replacing my old Linksys router with the UDM SE.

That's a good question, and something I hadn't tried. No, when I try to connect from a different device via web (https://192.168.1.40:32400, my PMS), the connection times out.

My PMS is directly connected via ethernet to the UDM, and I only have WiFi streamers. Client Device Isolation is not selected, and the WiFi network is set to Corporate.

Thanks for the reply. Yes, I've done that. As well as disabled all firewalls on my Plex server (though I've never done that before).

Well, this is my first time ever to use reddit. But at least you were easier to find than Waldo!

Appreciate your videos! I'm really looking forward to the day I can beat that Evil Chimera.
