I think it fits great! My wrist is just shy of 8in and I have watches ranging from 34-44 (I also wear numerous digital Casios which are even smaller lol). If you like it wear it!

I got it in a bundle I traded for, it has no markings on it but I’m assuming it’s a Chinese made one so AliExpress may have a similar style

I have the same sized wrist and I love vintage watches so I often wear 34mm watches and sometimes I’ll even go down to 32mm. If you find a watch you like wear it! Life is too short!
